Aortic Valve Surgery - The Ozaki Procedure

There are several other viable valve choices to consider in patients with pure aeortic valve disease, and especially in young children. That includes the ross procedure and a relatively new procedure known as the ozaki procedure. For this particular patient, neither ross nor ozaki were viable options because she also had significant aortic root and ascending aortic dilation along with cuspid aortic valve stinosis.
