The Importance of Causal Loops in Design

I was interested in the problem space and better understanding why we were kind of solving for certain things. And so that led me to really focus in my consulting life as a design researcher primarily. I've worked with consultancies like frog and adaptive path, and most recently I am at a small consultancy called substantial. So just kind of thinking about how do you create causal loops that kind of express how your product might interact out in the world?
