The Politics of Blue Control

I think there's a difference between surveillance and control. One is saying we're going to watch you do this stuff, the other one is saying you can't do this stuff. I don't really see registering guns as an infringement on control in our society. libertarianism is further to the right on the spectrum than conservatism or liberalism. Cause like not caring about what drugs you use is very liberal. So maybe it's because libertarians are more inclined towards conservatism than liberals.
