You cannot let somebody else's unhappiness make you unhappy yeah let him keep it to himself. You can actually practice forgiveness and so one technique that works is to say to yourself okay there are five people who are really bugging me, he says. "I refuse to accept your unhappiness into my life" So those are the first two gratitude and forgiveness remembering that forgiveness is something you do for yourself not for the other personOkay now is there a little test or tool like what you identified with gratitude where you write down three things at the end of the day that you could apply to forgiveness? No I'm going to just start working on getting these people out of my headspace."
