The right of majorities to do all kinds of unseemly things. Scalia said in the marriage cases, I don't want to discuss marriage itself. My concern is that the American people should not be ruled by five judges. It was only a matter of procedure. The fact that it wasn't in the Constitution, you couldn't find same sex marriage there. But it's been the move of the conservatives at that time. And that makes it a terrific guy. He knows the right differences we have on this one but he's a very wise man.
