The Rise of Bank Secrecy in Europe

In Europe, there's been bank secrecy laws that banks can't use this information. In many European countries, it has been a criminal offense to divulge any customer transaction information. BlackRock has financed a company that is now trying to get into every bank to document things so that they can do a social credit system. But also I live in an area of the country where 5% of Americans don't have a bank account and don't want it. Watch until that gets attacked.
