Is There a Rich Environment for Healing?
I think that when we started teaching IFS, we did try lots of different formats. But we founded that sort of large group community format created a really rich environment to kind of stoke the coals of parts that may be dormant and need attention. So it's a rich environment for both the stoking of the end, you know, the end healed material, but also for the potential for healing as well.
