Soy is definitely a pido ostrogen and u. It used to be that if you were after status post breast cancer, they'd say, avoid so products because they could bind with your estrogen ors. But more research has shown us that, in fact, soy is good for women who who've had breast cancer. So i would go heavy on the soy and the topu and all the wonderful things soy milk that that are made with soy. I don't know about flax um. There is support for it being helpful for menipa symptoms. yoga and mindfulness have definitely been found to be helpful forMenipasl symptoms. They din't look at the cognitive ones
