How I Transitioned From Being an Employee to Trading on My Own
Aaron Carroll: You weren't really a trader while you're working at Continental Grains. At what point did you feel confident to transition from being an employee there to trading out on your own, like where did you get the experience to trade before you made that jump? "I developed some friendships with some very very proficient traders and I started no prohibition against me trading my own accounts so I'd accumulate a few thousand dollars and try to trade it and blow it up," he says.
