Phillips: Shareholders are starting to show, look, we're not happy what's going on here. The Swedish real estate market is really in a hectic space because of the increasing interest rates. I've been also studying Sibas this week after the quarterly report and think it's stable there. Phillips: It's easy to invest in calm waters, but usually the yields are lower, the investments are less attractive.
