I think it depends who you are and what you're doing. It's so dependent on your context and the circumstance. And we sometimes even tie ourselves up and not. So we're trying to do the right thing. In a lot of cases, I mean, what I'm seeing the most of now is existing groups or organizations saying, oh my gosh, look, we're all white guys ... We've got to invite this, that and the other to this conversation. You can't kind of indigenize or you know, de-rasinate something that's already established in a certain way.
