How to Train for Strength Training

You don't have to train all that heavy or hard to reap the benefits of the repeated bout effect. You can train with relatively light weights and protect your muscles from damage caused by heavier lifting. I am recommending that you use lighter weights for your first few weeks when you're back in the gym, because it'll cause very little muscle damage.
