Unsecured DeFi - What's the Problem?

There's no concept of identity on the chain. So that's why over collateralized works so well because it's programmatic. I don't need to necessarily know who the person is on the other end. If they're giving me more collateral and if, you know, like the compound protocol, for example, then I actually want out to that. That's seamless. There's no credit scores in the crypto world either. It's just a very hard thing and I think it's not happening anytime soon.
