Jarman's Life and Art
The exhibition shows a progression from his early paintings to the work that he made at dungeanette when he was dying. I found that there was a real line from the paintings that he did as a very young man to those ones at the end. And i really enjoyed the way it was all tied together. He was an artist, wasn't he, who saw like, no real separation between his art and his life. But then, of course, the exhibition shows us his protest work as well, against section 28 - which is incredibly important, i think, to his work.
