In the late 80s, I think that was the first time I interviewed him. In this interview on camera, before he declared he would run for president, he admitted that he killed people. He believed that Filipinos are unruly, will not follow rules unless there's a strong leader who leads with fear and violence. And by the way, he did fulfill his promise of killing.
