Do I Have to Wait When I Face Uncertainty?
For those organizations that decide to implement okars right now, should they do it in these turbulent times or wait until things have calmed down a bit? Yes, i don't think that it's a good idea to wait when you face uncertainty. When the process is stable, then the uncertainty outside of your company isn't so scary any more. So this is a real argument for doing it now versus later. With the implementation of orch for most of the companies we see, or like bigger or older companies, i it's like a mind set shift.
