There are a lot of right ways to do things in medicine. The person who is just so, so certain that any, any answer is the right answer is a person whose entire epistemology I don't fully understand. When I first started in this, it was known as leave them dead. And now it is everybody's go to presser of choice. But 20 years ago, we were certain that norepinephrine would kill you.
