Water Is the Great Connector in Nature

How are you doing with containing yourself, physically, emotionally and mentally? Try thinking in metaphor, not just logically, and you'll gain more from the exercise. Too much fire in the north begs for more water from the south. Too much earth in the west begs for more air in the east to inspire change. So in other words, 90 degrees to fire, you have air on the left and earth on the i too much earth cannot only be helped by more air. But you can go to the water element at 90 degree angles, at a 90 degree angle and wash it away or clean up the mess.
