Is Wall Street a Democracy of Finance?

The stock market gets stopped all the time. Robin hood's ipo stock got stopped tines during the day. Did everyone know that could happen? I don't think they all were even aware that that could happen, right? And so we're not all going into this with the same level of knowledge. There needs to be an educational aspect to it,. i think, ah, just like getting a driver's license before you should throw your money into something like this. A, because it's, it's dangerous.
