We are all biased to our own personal history of what we have experienced firsthand. People believe what they have seen happen with their own eyes, exponentially more than what they read about has happened to other people. If you start with the assumption that everyone is innocently out of touch, because they have an experience to what you have, you'll be more likely to explore what's going on through multiple points of views.
You spend years trying to learn tons of new stuff, but then look back and realize that just a few big ideas truly changed how you think and influenced most of what you believe.
Let me share a couple that had a big impact on me.
