In your book, you talk about the people who are sort of like putting this assumption into our heads. You say that they're just doing their jobs badly. And i was thinking, they're not doing it badly. They're doing exactly what they're ding to do, which is manipulating other people. Iits a way to get people to behave differently, think differently, have different assumptions and sneak in these assumptions under the hood.
