LZ Granderson: I think we've all been there of like, well, I guess I'm perma F and things will never, ever, ever change. The thing that I was reflecting on is like, I didn't want to be angry at that time, right? You got angry and I don't want to do the things that are going to get me out of the stakes. And so what somatics do is it's all about slowing the experience down. So we can choose the response we want to have to life instead of being reactive from the patterning and the defaults in our nervous system.
