Do You Know What Generalizability Is?
I think there's another problem inherent in at least the mental health prevention sphere. And that is that organizations will build something based on bias. They have this intuition that this will work. So they build it and they implement it, but then they don't evaluate it. I would say that if you create a program that works for your people, tell everybody about it so that they can try it and see whether it works on theirs.
