Why Shouldn't Police Patrol More Black Neighborhoods?
The black crime rate and black poverty rate also to a certain extent has gotten worse since the 60s. The welfare state inculcates dependency, which fosters this idea or reinforces this idea of fiximization. So you cannot use the fact that police patrol more in black areas as evidence of bias because the reason they do that is because there's more crime there.
