Setting Ground Rules for Meetings

One of the things that is often a constraint on meetings is time. Sometimes we have an hour or even 45 minutes to have a meeting and what you don't want is the meeting to last longer than it should. So if you're running a meeting, and I'm giving you this type of vocabulary from the perspective of somebody who is running the meeting, make sure you give them some ground rules for example.
