Molly Bloom and I were friends before we wrote the book. We're both introverts, so a lot of our early conversations are about your book. Both have very rigid sleep routines because they're not good sleepers. So I think we were both neurotic and creative in similar ways. And then yeah, it was interesting as we started writing this book that at that point I had moved back to San Francisco.
Today, in a special bonus episode, we bring you a live conversation between Liz Fosslien and Mollie West Duffy, authors of “No Hard Feelings: The Secret Power of Embracing Emotions at Work,” and our curator Susan Cain. They discuss over-sharing, crying at work, psychological safety, and mocktails that taste like your first kiss.
