When i'm underslept, that's when i start thinking about all these foods I shouldn't eat. And it comes by way of two different roots. One is a brain root and the other is a body root. When you're not getting sufficient sleep, there are two critical appetite regulating hormons that go awry. The body, when it's fatigued in that way, wants to hold on to those calories. That's acl your body becomes stingy in giving up its fat. It will gain what you wanted to lose, which is fat, right? On top of that, that's when those crazy cravings for terrible foods happen too.
