Harvard's Defense of Racism in Affirmative Action

Harvard says their defense against the racial balancing is that we're not in fact racially balancing because like some years, you know, Asian American enrollment and admittance will fluctuate between like 17 and 20%. And so to them, those that difference of 3 percentage points is large enough to prove that they're not racially balancing. So that's their defense. If you actually look at the facts, it's not a very strong defense. They don't actually that they do have an interest in diversity and they've proven they have this interest in to and to that they only way in which they can achieve diversity is by discriminating on the basis of race.
