How to Lead a Team Like This

I manage our team like a, you know, like I would if I was the GM of the Kansas City Chiefs. And so it's always trying to put the players in best position to win. We do weekly one-on-one meetings where we can kind of really help that individual level up some of their skills or offer some coaching. So they're all inevitably going to be different. They have different wants and needs. Uh, they have different levels of what they think success is. And so we really just try to tailor it to them.
