I think that one of the biggest battles that dudes our age are fighting is the constant barrage of digital stimuli, right? Numbing. Ryan Holiday was definitely a gateway to stoicism for me to go deeper and actually go to the source of reading, Santaica and Epictetus. I fully agree that reading is so essential to change our minds, change your mind, change your life. And what I like about what you said is you changed one thing, then you stopped watching TV, then you woke up earlier. That's really any type of success in life.
