This is starting to sound pretty bleak for people, unless you have the right skills and disposition. I think of the solution here as a couple ifferent tiers of reskilling. So i call it re skilling one, two and three. If you want to be in that spot, you want to move your way up the re skilling curve. Not everyone will know how to code, but the people who do are going to be the ones with the most leverage.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
