A Programming Language That's Designed to Be Programmer Friendly

Libraries and frameworks that optimise for the getting off the ground experience can have downsides later on. In languages with makros, i think you have the potential for this, but it shows a lot of the weaknesses too. I would love to know if there are patterns or things that made it possible to make something like react ap less than two thousand lines in size. And then as soon as you have more than one person working on a project, you all hate it and want to change it. But  if anybody listening knows of examples of people coming up with these kinds of solutions, rit othing is super nice.
