Are There Certain Populations Disproportionately Disabled Because of This Decision?

I'm wondering why more companies in this space who are implicated here are not taking more steps. Is it because it's unclear what those steps are? Or is it because there's just like a huge value gap between some of these stakeholders? I think, you know, we could speculate on all sorts of reasons why it's tricky. And one could only hope that we'll see that some of the work that's been doing by Mozilla and others will really advocate for changes to happen"
