In denmark employers can fire their workers and get rid of them quite quickly. But in return, the worker will get up to 90% of their previous salary as long as they are continuing to look for work. And so i think it's a great model for constructing dynamism in the economy. It's just saying, people need security, employees need fact, employers need flexibility. How do we bring those together?
