In college, I had a mentor who said all you have to do is work or take very small percentages of very large amounts of money. And what I've been able to do is after my original job in Jackson, which was at a bank, I started working in property management and built a lot of relationships in these luxury rental homes. So we were doing really well making, I think we were charging 30 35% per rental full concierge service and, and caretaking of the home. We really enjoyed that.
