Is Palume or Teraform a Good Tool for Data Base Migration?

A lot of these tools have the ability to that. They do keep track of what state the environment is in, just because is its tpi expensive to try and recover all that state from the cloud providers they manage there their own view. And so we can then go see that diff see what has anged, and then decide whether we want to kind of drive that back into the desired state or not.
