The Effects of Sleeplessness on Paranoia
Phenomenon of paranoia is a deep-seated belief that we're in danger. Sleeplessness, thinking negatively about ourselves and others can increase the chances of paranoia taking hold. Big, big people that are very judgmental oftentimes have deep degrees of paranoia. Not considering alternative explanations is a sign that a person may be fairly paranoid.
