OU X is a visual metaphor for how people think about going to eat somewhere. If you have your menu there, it's very easy to kind of pick out what you want to eat there. But imagine going to a restaurant and not having the menu at all. So I find it as a nice road map and a way to really contextualize a lot of things that you would need to act on eventually when you're or eat if you're at a restaurant continuing that metaphor.
