Is the Right Flirting With Dangerous Ideas About Decarceration?

The libertarian right has always been very different than at the s mainstream right on these questions. And i think the right has sort of sense own vulnerability on criminal justice issues because they have been such a dominant part of the broader debate about race in america. So its it's not completely irrational, in my view, im for the right to flirt with some of these ideas, but i do think they're dangerous.
