Is There a Difference Between Gentleness and Erosity?

I can't imagine asking anybody to behave any kind of way. If it was, if everything is predetermined, then there's no reason for me to do anything. I like this idea, but it also becomes harder to ask people to care about any of the thought that went into that,. Right? And, and I get that.
