Is There Any Hope of an International Order?

i think part of what we're seeing here is that any chance of having that has kind of been reset to zero. And obviously, like the fact that the united states committed war crimes does not mean that russia should get to commit war crimes. i do believe that some sort of rules based international order. I'm talking about broad arranging international agreements that, for example, you don't get to fire chemical weapons at civilians,. You know,like a, i think that would be nice, a nice thing to exist.
