The Windowless Building

There's one window in the back on the second floor. What are they doing in there? It doesn't make any sense. If you take a picture of it outside, it looks like there's glass. But I know it's not a window because I watched them build it from the ground up. There is no window there. Fakie window. So they're doing fakie window and an otherwise windowless building with absolutely no signage of any kind on the building. They have a whole parking lot too. And every once in a while, you see a van.
