Lisa Jo Chamberlain's Motion for Severance From Gilt
Roger Gilett and his co-defendant Lisa Jo Chamberlain were indicted on two counts of capital murder. They are both charged with the murders in Kansas, but it was Mississippi that extradited them to their home state for trial. The prosecution is trying to get evidence from Chamberlain out of her testimony as a result of false statements she made during questioning by police. "It took him like three minutes to come up with the fucking with that one," says CNN's John Sutter. 'That's what they call it'
