The biggest thing that I would say is trying to eat, eat enough, right, eat balance. Eating more food that doesn't come with a label. A variety of different types of animal protein and wild caught seafood. Simple food, simple real food. Filtered water if you can. And so really shopping that perimeter at the grocery store as much as you possibly can.
