The Milk That's Best for the Environment

It takes almost four square kilometers to produce just one glass of cow's milk, land juice that drives you for a station and habitat destruction. It takes much more land to feed a cow than it does to make soy or oat milk. Each glass of dairy milk contributes over half a kilogram of greenhouse gases. But when it comes to helping the planet, there's a strong case for choosing plant base milks even with the water needed for almonds.
