King benjamin taught that the natural man is an enemy to god, and will be for ever and ever. In order to change, we need to put off the natural man and become humble and submissive. Second, we must have faith in jesus christ. Third, t his grace can make weak things become strong. As we seek to change, our greatest weak es can become our greatest strength. We can actually be born again.
