The way that we do that is just to be very diligent about the high level concepts, even though what I just mentioned is pretty specific examples. Success criteria also helps us set expectations on what we can't do. And so there are definitely instances where customers will say, hey, like I also want to add this as a success criteria. So that's how we try and do it is to try and gear the topics towards the success criteria - but get very specific in terms of what you're testing.
