I would be investing some of your 180,000 pounds a year profits into a part-time bookkeeper. It's going to cost you about £15 an hour,. one for a decent bookkeeper, maybe even 20 quid. And they'll produce you monthly management accounts. I think you could have someone come in and really produce you something that you can understand on this stuff. If you understood the numbers, just a little bit more, it could be a great business. 100%.
