Breathwork is a non negotiable for me. I do that almost every single morning as like an activation and it just recenters me It just focuses everything. Like today I woke up with a slight headache and I did that that breathwork and it was gone. And it could be that just clears out the cobwebs. That's the first one of my micro actions list here. Now the next one, this doesn't mean it always goes in order. But you know it's you know I'm going to jump down from my list because typically what I do after breath that's in the morning. I're going to do some pushups  to get something physical going
