In one of the things that you wrote about, you say that expressing emotions in a granular level allows for higher control the person. And you suggest that things like increasing your vocabulary, learning new languages, are helpful in this. Are there any other ways that people can their ability to express emotions at a more granular level? Well, i think to answer your question, we probably need to back up a little bit and explain what granularity is and why it's useful to regulate and live a better life.
